摘 要:采用Ag(Ⅱ)间接电化学氧化的方法处理废有机溶剂TiAP,设计和加工了放大的电解装置,通过验证试验优化了电解的操作参数,并对装置的稳定性能和处理能力进行了考察。结果表明,水相和有机相的相比为5:1,温度在60~70℃是电解工艺流程适宜的操作条件;经过50h的电解,得到该装置的日处理量为1.1L/d,满足设计要求,同时电解过程中槽电压稳定,装置运行稳定可靠。The mediated electrochemical oxidation technology with Ag(Ⅱ) was used to destroy the waste organic solvent TiAP. In the paper, an electrolytic device for scale-up experiments was designed and verified.The operating parameters of the electrolysis were optimized through the verification test, and the performance and processing ability of the device were investigated. The results show that the aqueous phase to organic phase was 5:1, and the temperature was 60℃ ~70℃,which is the suitable operating parameter of the electrolysis process; Through the experiment we get the daily processing capacity of the device is 1.1L/d, which meets the design requirements, at the same time,the voltage of the device is stable, this indicates that the electrolysis process is reliable.
