摘 要:本方法以氢氟酸、硝酸和盐酸,在聚四氟乙烯烧杯中微温溶解样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定。确定除测定金属硅中硼采用249.677 nm作为测试波长外,测试硅铁、硅锰、低合金钢中的硼均采用208.957 nm作为测试波长;铁基体在249.772 nm处干扰较大,锰在208.889 nm处干扰较大;RSD%=4.57~10.21,回收率=87%~109%,检出限为0.0051μg/mL和0.0090μg/mL。实验结果表明,此方法方便快捷、准确可靠。The method with hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, in a Teflon beaker lukewarm dissolving the sample were determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer. In addition to determine the determination of metal silicon boron using 249.677 nm as the test wavelength, testing of ferrosilicon and silicon manganese and low alloy steels in boron were treated with 208.957 nm as the test wavelength; iron matrix interference at 249.772 nm, manganese heavy interference at 208.889 nm; RSD% =4.57-10.21 = 87%- 109%, recovery rate, detection limit was 0.0051 and g/mL 0.0090 g/mL. The experimental results show that this method is convenient, fast, accurate and reliable.
