摘　　要：硒自从1817年被发现以来,随着时间的推移,人们逐渐意识到它的重要性。关于硒的作用引起了一些领域相关人员的探究,本文就近年来硒的相关文献对硒及其化合物的发展现状进行了综述,主要从硒的以下几个方面进行了归纳、总结:在生物机体内起着重要的生命调控作用,参与了生命过程中的许多反应;药理作用;催化领域;生态环境方面的影响等。最后对未来的研究工作进行了展望。With the passage of time,the significance of selenium gradually was realized since it was found in 1817.It has caused personnel of some areas to explore about the role of selenium. The development situation about selenium and its compounds on some literature in recent years was reviewed,the research background about selenium was introduced,the following aspects were mainly summarized： playing an important role in the regulation of life organism,be involved in many reactions in the course of life,the pharmacological effects,the field of catalysis,the influence of ecological environment,and so on. The prospects of the future research were put forward.
