摘  要:采用一种新型的空心玻璃微珠材料,经过熔融共混技术制备了一种空心玻璃微珠填充阻燃HIPS材料。通过数字化化冲击仪,垂直燃烧(UL 94)、维卡软化点温度测试仪和扫描电镜等测试方法,研究了空心玻璃微珠填充阻燃HIPS材料的综合性能。结果表明:空心玻璃微珠填充阻燃HIPS材料具有较低的密度,较好的耐热性,稳定的阻燃性能,当添加量超过5%时,对材料韧性影响较大,需要采用表面处理技术来提高其与树脂基体的结合力。A new type of hollow glass beads was used to prepare a hollow glass beads filled flame retardant HIPS material by melting and blending technology. The comprehensive performance of the hollow glass beads filled with flame retardant HIPS was studied by means of the digital impact instrument,vertical combustion(UL 94),wika softening point temperature tester and scanning electron microscope. Results showed that the hollow glass beads filled flame retardant HIPS material had low density,good thermal stability and stability of the flame retardant performance,when it was added more than 5%,it had a great influence on material toughness,needed to adopt surface treatment technology to improve its binding force to the resin
