摘  要:实验使用活性氧化铝(γ-Al_2O_3)去除打印过程中产生的颗粒物,分析了墨粉的形貌和粒径,研究了γ-Al_2O_3对打印过程产生的颗粒物的去除特性。研究发现:墨粉是大小在纳米和微米之间的不规则颗粒物。打印过程产生的颗粒物的粒径分布在50~200 nm,总个数浓度可达3.10×105个/cm3。适度增大净化系统的气体流量和γ-Al_2O_3用量有助于颗粒物的去除。当净化系统气体流量为8 L/min,γ-Al_2O_3用量为200 g,去除率可达70%以上。可见,γ-Al_2O_3净化系统对打印过程产生的颗粒物有较好的去除效果。Using activated alumina(γ-Al_2O_3) to remove the particles produced during the printing process,the morphology and particle size of the toner were analyzed. The removal characteristics of γ-Al_2O_3 produced by the printing process were studied. The study showed that toner was an irregular particle,whose size between nanometers and microns.The particle size distribution of the particles produced during the printing process was 50 ~ 200 nm,and the total number concentration was 3. 10×105 per/cm3. Moderate increase of the gas flow rate of the purification system and the amount ofγ-Al_2O_3 contributed to the removal of particulate matter. When the purification system gas flow rate was 8 L/min,γ-Al_2O_3 dosage was 200 g,the removal rate could be up to 70% or more. It can be seen that the γ-Al_2O_3 purification system had a good removal effect on the particles produced by the printing process.
