摘 要:通过研究阿奇霉素与酸性铬兰K之间的荷移反应,建立了测定阿奇霉素含量的荷移光度新方法。以蒸馏水为溶剂,阿奇霉素溶液与酸性铬兰K水溶液在室温下荷移反应10 min,可形成1∶1型荷移络合物,在最大吸收波长607 nm测定。阿奇霉素在6.67×10-7~1.33×10-5mol/L浓度范围内呈良好线性,检出限为1.96×10-7mol/L,回收率在98.60%~99.20%之间。此法以应用于阿奇霉素样品的分析,结果满意。A new method for the determination of azithromycin content was established by the charge transfer reaction between azithromycin and acid chrome blue K. In a water medium,a charge transfer complex with mole ratio of 1 to 1 was formed by the reaction between azithromycin and acid chrome blue K for 10 min at room temperature,showing its absorption maxi-mum at the 607 nm. The linear relationship was kept in the range of 6. 67×10-7~ 1. 33×10-5 mol/L for azithromycin,the detection limit was 1. 96×10-7 mol/L,the recoveries was 98. 60% ~ 99. 20%. The method was used for the determination of azithromycin samples with satisfactory.
