摘  要:通过145天连续流试验,考察厌氧复合床处理对位酯生产废水的可行性。逐步提高进水COD,考察有机负荷(OLR)从0.167 g COD/(L·d)提高到6.68 g COD/(L·d)过程中的处理效果。结果表明在最优的OLR 5.0 g COD/(L·d)的条件下(COD 15000 mg/L),COD去除率达到60%,产甲烷率达到1.23 d-1。增加硫酸盐达到10000 mg/L(COD/SO2-4=1.5),发现硫酸盐还原菌没有受到抑制,产甲烷菌却受到抑制。恢复COD/SO42-至3.58,厌氧系统在1周后完全恢复。有机硫化合物的特性使出水中虽然有硫化物的产生,出水硫酸盐却一直高于进水硫酸盐。Treatment of para-ester producing wastewater using upflow blanket filter was investigated. The influence of the organic loading rate(OLR) from 0. 167 g COD/(L·d) to 6. 68 g COD/(L·d) by increasing influent COD in a stepwise model on the performance of the reactor was evaluated. The optimal OLR at COD of 15000 mg/L was observed as5. 0 g COD/(L · d) where 60% removal efficiency of COD and 1. 23 d-1 of methane producing rate was achieved,respectively. By introducing sulfate into the feed up to 10000 mg/L(COD/SO2-4= 1. 5) resulted in an inhibition of methanogenesis with no obvious suppression of sulfidogenesis. No additional sulfate was annually added to raw wastewater and COD/SO2-4 ratio was adjusted back to 3. 58,the reactor exhibited a quick recovery after one week. Interestingly,though a certain quantity of sulfide was simultaneously generated in the whole operation,sulfate concentration in the effluent was higher than in the influent due to the property of organic sulfur compound.
