摘  要:沁新煤矿2号煤层顶板为复合顶板,不利于巷道顶板支护,加之前期支护设计不合理,导致该煤层留巷巷道受多次动压影响后变形严重,服务期内多次维修,不仅增加巷道支护成本,而且对矿井生产造成严重影响。为此,利用地应力测试和围岩强度原位测试的方法了解围岩的基本形态,数值模拟了小煤柱留巷围岩应力分布情况,提出了小煤柱留巷支护技术。井下试验表明,基于高预应力强力一次支护理论的巷道支护方案,可以有效控制沁新煤矿小煤柱留巷的围岩变形。The roof of No.2 coal seam in Qinxin Coal Mine was compound,which was not conducive for roadway roof supporting,coupled with the early supporting design was unreasonable,causing the coal seam entry retaining after being affected multiple dynamic pressure generates severe deformation and several maintenance during service period.It not only increases roadway support costs but also caused serious impact on mine production.Consequently,geomechanical test were first adopted to understand the basic configuration of surrounding rock.the stress distribution within the small coal-pillar was also numerically analysed,the supporting technology of small coalpillar roadway was put forward,too.The practical results showed that the supporting scheme which bases on high pretensioned stress and intensive first supporting theory can effectively control deformation of small coal-pillar roadway.
