摘 要:针对突出煤层采用水力冲孔时影响范围不确定、抽采效果差异大的问题,在中马村矿开展不同冲孔规模条件下多场演化规律及参数优化的项目研究。以岩石力学理论为基础,依据多孔介质渗流理论进行理论分析,运用COMSOL Multiphysics数值模拟分析软件进行数值模拟,创建含瓦斯煤流固耦合方程及定解条件。通过水力冲孔卸压增透理论分析、煤层瓦斯流动模型计算、水力冲孔基础参数分析及抽采效果考察,研究分析该矿区水力冲孔钻孔的卸压范围及抽采有效半径。所形成的水力冲孔影响范围测试方法,为不同地质条件下的水力冲孔技术参数测试提供了技术手段,开展了不同冲孔规模条件下瓦斯抽采动态演化过程,探讨水力冲孔有效卸压范围和抽采半径变化规律及其影响因素。In view of the influence of hydraulic punching on the outburst seam,the influence range was uncertain and the effect of pumping was very different,research on multi field evolution law and parameter optimization in different punching scale conditions in Zhongmacun Mine.Based on the theory of rock mechanics,theoretical analysis was carried out by porous medium percolation theory,the numerical simulation was carried out by using COMSOL Multiphysics numerical simulation software,create fluid-solid coupling equation and determine solution condition for gas-containing coal.Through theoretical analysis of penetration and penetration by hydraulic punching,model calculation of coal seam gas flow,parameter analysis and extraction effect of hydraulic punching,the pressure relief range and effective radius of hydraulic punching borehole were studied.The test methods for the influence range of hydraulic punching are provided which provide technical measures for hydraulic punching technical parameters testing under different geological conditions and carry out the dynamic evolution process of gas drainage under different punching scale conditions,variation of range and mining radius and its influencing factors.
