摘 要:采取不同浓度外源腐胺(Put)处理盐胁迫下黄芩幼苗的方法,探讨了黄芩光合指标和叶绿素含量随Put浓度改变的变化规律,结果表明:0.5%Na Cl胁迫下的黄芩光合指标和叶绿素含量受到明显抑制;经0.05~0.50 g/L Put处理后,各项指标均出现先升后降的趋势,各光合指标在0.25 g/L Put处理下效果最佳,叶绿素含量在0.25 g/L Put处理下达到最大值。The seedlings of Scutellaria baicalensis under salt stress were treated with different concentrations of exogenous putrescine (Put),and the change rules of several photosynthetic indexes (net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,etc.)and chlorophyll content in S. baicalensis seedlings along with the change in Put concentration were explored. Theresults indicated that:under 0.5% NaCl stress,the various photosynthetic indexes and chlorophyll content in S. baicalensis seedlings were obviously inhibited;after being treated with 0.05~ 0.50 g/ L Put,all indexes showed the trend of increasing first andthen decreasing;all photosynthetic indexes were the best under the treatment of 0. 25 g/ L Put;the chlorophyll content alsoreached the maximum value under the treatment of 0.25 g/ L Put.
