摘　　要：在信息时代下,如何利用获取的信息资源有效地改善中西部地区信息贫困的窘况,是促进我国经济社会健康有序发展的重要挑战。目前,农业信息扶贫还存在许多薄弱的环节和尚未攻克的难题。从农业科技服务角度对信息扶贫展开了探讨,在云计算背景下,论述了农技推广云平台在信息扶贫方面的应用,进而为减小中国东部与西部贫困地区农业信息分化建言献策。In the information age,how to use the obtained information resources to effectively improve the plight of information poverty in the central and western areas of China is an important challenge to promote the healthy and orderly development ofeconomy and society in our country. At present,there are many weak links and problems which are not solved in agricultural information poverty alleviation. This paper discussed the information poverty alleviation from the view point of agricultural science andtechnology service,expounded the application of Agricultural Technology Extension Cloud Platform in the field of information poverty alleviation under the background of cloud computing,and then made several suggestions to reduce the agricultural informationdifferentiation in the eastern and western impoverished areas of China.
