摘  要:文章以玉米秸秆为例,研究了搅拌和进出料方式对秸秆厌氧发酵产气潜力的影响。结果表明,对于顶部进料动态厌氧消化装置,适当搅拌可以显著增加产气量,平均池容产气率比不搅拌反应器提高了65.4%。相对于底部进料,"顶部进料-搅拌"方式并没有表现出运行优势,其池容产气率仅提高了2%,并且表现出出渣困难。研究还表明,底部进料方式下秸秆高温(52℃±1℃)动态厌氧消化运行的最高有机负荷为4.71 kg TS·m^(-3)d^(-1)左右,产生的沼气中甲烷含量恒定在45%~47%之间。Taking the corn straw as substrate,the influence of stirring and the ways of feeding-discharging on biogas production potential in dynamic anaerobic fermentation system were studied in this paper. The results showed that,for the dynamic digestion device with feeding at top,a proper stirring could significantly increase the biogas production,the average volumetric gas production was 65. 4% higher than that without stirring. But comparing to the bottom feeding,volumetric gas production of top feeding system only 2% higher; obviously,there's no significant difference between top-feeding and bottom feeding. And top feeding had difficulties in residue discharging,so the bottom feeding was recommended. The results also showed that,under thermophilic condition( 52℃ ± 1℃),the maximum organic loading was 4. 71 kg TS·m^(-3) d^(-1) with feeding at bottom,and the methane content was about 45% ~ 47%.
