摘 要:秸秆沼气工程因原料的难降解性和特殊的物理性质,导致工程在运行中易出现原料上浮结壳,分解率低,出料困难等问题。文章以3种粒度玉米秸秆为原料,进行批式试验,研究秸秆粒度与发酵浮渣形成的相关性。结果表明:粒度与产气潜力呈负相关,与发酵物总厚度、结壳层厚度、结壳层失水厚度呈正相关,与破壳强度也呈正相关。综上,小粒度玉米秸秆是最优的发酵原料。In the anaerobic digestion of cornstalk,difficult to degrade and special physical properties of the material result in the raw material floating,low decomposition,difficult discharging. In this study,the influence of different particle sizes of corn straw on the crusting characteristics was investigated by batch experiments. Results showed that the particle size had a negative correlation with the gas production potential; and a positive correlation with the total thickness of the fermentation material,the thickness of scum crusting and the thickness of water lost scum; and a positive correlation with the breaking strength. In summary,small-sized corn straw was the optimal choice for anaerobic fermentation.
