摘 要:基于气体流速与流量的关系和理想气体定律,文章提出了两种检测方法,设计了两套沼气工程产气量检测装置。方法 1是利用沼气输气管道已预留的采样口,采用管道风速传感器测量沼气流速V,再测管道截面积S,流量Q=VS,最后换算成标准状态下的流量;方法 2是利用精密流量计和软体袋组成检测装置连接到沼气工程发酵装置,精密流量计可测量气体流量、压力和温度,通过理想气体方程PV=nRT推导出产气量计算公式。两种方法无需沼气工程安装流量计,克服现有测量方法精确度不高、适用性不广和测量值不具备横向可比性等缺陷,在不同温度和大气压下对沼气工程产气量测量结果准确可靠,可实现第三方无损检测。Two sets of biogas measuring devices were designed based on the ideal gas law and relations of gas flow velocity with the amount of flow. One method is to measure gas velocity V with wind speed sensor,and then calculate the amount of flow in a standard state according to the pipeline cross-section area S,the amount of flow is: Q = VS. Another method is to use a precision flow meter and a gas bag,which measures the gas flow rate,pressure and temperature,and then calculate the amount of flow in a standard state based on the ideal gas equation: PV = nRT. These two methods could overcome defects such as low accuracy of existing measurement methods,inadequate applicability and low horizontal comparability for measured value. And the two methods could be used under different temperature and atmospheric pressure with accurate and reliable result.
