摘 要:针对空调配管系统与压缩机共振产生的噪声问题,对某款家用变频空调器进行噪声测试,并利用频谱分析仪器对测试数据进行分析,提出在压缩机吸气管上增加抗性消声器降低噪声的改善方案。经试验验证,与未加装消声器相比,加装单节扩张室式消声器后,室外侧的噪声峰值可降低约9 dB(A),且向室内侧的传递声音有所减弱,即室内侧的噪声总值可降低约3 dB(A)。In order to solve the problem of noise generated by resonance between the air-conditioning piping system and the compressor,the noise test is carried out on one domestic frequency conversion air-conditioner,and the test data are analyzed by spectrum analysis instrument,so that the improvement scheme of installing a reactive muffler to the compressor suction pipe is proposed.Compared with no muffler installed,the experimental results show that the noise peak of the outdoor side with the single chamber expansion muffler can be reduced by about 9 dB(A).The transmission sound towards the indoor side is weakened,and the total noise of the indoor side can be reduced by about 3 dB(A).
