5A模式护理干预方案在老年人体位性低血压中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨5A模式护理干预方案在老年体位性低血压(orthostatic hypotension,OH)中的应用效果。方法:根据病人入组先后顺序,将46例老年OH病人随机分为对照组和干预组,各23例。对照组在治疗期间根据护理程序实施标准护理措施,干预组以5A护理模式实施慢性病管理,在干预前和干预6个月后对2组病人OH知晓率、不良症状出现频次以及护理满意度进行调查。结果:干预前2组病人的OH知晓率和7 d不良症状出现频次间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后2组病人的OH知晓率均明显高于干预前,且干预组的知晓率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);干预后2组病人的不良症状出现频次明显低于干预前(P<0.01),且干预组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。干预组的护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于5A模式的护理干预方案能有效提高老年OH认知,减少不良症状出现频次,提高护理满意度。ObjectiveTo explore the effects of ＂ 5A mode＂ nursing intervention program on elderly with orthostatic hypotension（OH）. Methods：Forty-six elderly OH patients were randomly divided into the control group and intervention group（23 cases eachgroup）. The control group were nursed with the standard nursing process,and the intervention group were nursed with ＂ 5A mode＂nursing intervention process. The awareness rate of OH,frequency of adverse symptoms and nursing satisfaction in two groups wereevaluated before intervention and after 6 months of intervention. Results：Before intervention,the differences of the awareness rate of OHand frequency of 7-day adverse symptoms between two groups were not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. After intervention, theawareness rates of OH in two groups were significantly higher than that before intervention, and which in intervention group wassignificantly higher than that in control group（P 〈 0. 01）. After intervention,the frequency of adverse symptoms in two groups weresignificantly lower than that before intervention,and which in intervention group was significantly lower than that in control group（P 〈0. 01）. The score of nursing satisfaction in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）.Conclusions：The 5A mode nursing intervention program can effectively improve the awareness rate of OH in elderly, reduce thefrequency of adverse symptoms and increase the nursing satisfaction.
