摘  要:小浪底引黄工程2#隧洞从桩号34+163.5到桩号34+181.5发生塌方,文中阐述了处理塌方的设计思路。由于超前导管及简单的注浆不能起到有效的超前锚固作用,造成已打设的超前注浆管部分出现变形,不能满足施工要求。经专家讨论决定采用N51迈式锚杆注浆施工方案。施工应用表明,处置方案非常成功。A roof-fall accident had occured once in a tunnel section which is located from the chainage 34+163.5 to the chainage 34 +181.5 in the main general No.2 tunnel of the Xiaolangdi Yellow River Diversion Project.The paper expounds the design thinking to treat this roof-fall accident.Because the advance pipes and simple grouting couldn't play effective advanced anchorage effect;deformation phenomena occured in some advanced grouting pipes that were set up before and the requirement of the construction couldn't be met,so by the disucussing of experts,a construct scheme of adopping N51 type anchors was decided to be used.The construction result shows that the disposal scheme is very successful.
