大口径抗冲改性聚氯乙烯管(PVC-M)在郭壁农田供水一期工程中的应用

摘　　要：在确定郭壁农田供水一期工程的输水管道管材型式的过程中,进行了从钢管、球墨铸铁管、预应力钢筒混凝土管和抗冲改性聚氯乙烯管四种管材中选择一种合适管材的比较。经过技术经济综合比较,最后选定了抗冲性性聚氯乙烯管。该管的直径为800 mm。文中论述了选定该种管材的依据,设计和施工该种管线的主要技术要点。In the process to determine the pipe type of the water diversion pipe in the Guobi Farmland Water Supply First Phase Project,the comparison to select a suitable kind of pipe type had been carried out from 4 following kinds of pipe types：steel pipe,nodular cast pipe,PCCP and modified polyvinyl chloride pipe（PVC-M pipe）.Through the technical-economic comprehensive comparision,the last kind of pipe type,ie the PVC-M pipe was selected as the used kind in this project.The basis of selection and the main technical key points for designing and constructing this PVC-M pipe water diversion line are narrated in this paper.
