摘 要:设计正交试验,从轧余率、防水剂用量、定形温度和整理液p H值等因素探讨了含氟防水整理剂N1811和无氟防水整理剂FFR两种整理剂对棉针织物防水整理的效果。结果表明,棉织物防水性能随防水剂用量和轧液率的的增加而增强;在一定的p H值范围内,随着p H值的增大,棉织物的防水性能减弱;在一定的温度范围内,随定形温度升高,防水效果增强;定形时间对织物的防水效果影响不大。The orthogonal experiment was designed to study the effects of fluorine-containing waterproofing fin-ishing agent N1811 and fluorine -free waterproofing finishing agent FFR on waterproofing of cotton knitted fabrics from factors such as rolling-over rate, amount of waterproofing agent, setting temperature and finishing pH, .The re-sults showed that the waterproof performance of cotton fabrics was increased with the enhancement of the amount of waterproofing agent and the rate of liquid dripping. The water resistance of cotton fabrics was decreased with the enhancement of pH in a certain pH range. The effect of waterproof was enhanced with the setting temperature increased, The setting time had little effect on the waterproof effect of the fabric.
