摘 要:目的通过对5项氧化损伤指标的检测,探讨氯乙烯(vinyl chloride monomer,VCM)对机体的氧化损伤作用及其影响因素。方法选择某公司VCM生产车间所有工人223人为接触组,其他单位行政办公人员149人为对照组,检测血清中乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)、总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)、羟脯氨酸(hydroxyproline,HYP)、总超氧化物歧化酶(total superoxide dismutase,T-SOD)及丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)等5项氧化损伤指标的含量。结果单因素分析发现,性别、年龄、吸烟、饮酒等因素对LDH、T-SOD的含量并无明显影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而接触VCM对LDH与T-SOD水平有明显影响(P<0.01),吸烟对HYP的水平产生影响(P<0.05),性别差异和接触VCM对MDA有影响(P<0.05)。多因素分析发现,LDH和MDA含量升高,而T-SOD含量降低。结论在目前的接触浓度下,VCM可使LDH、T-SOD和MDA等氧化损伤指标水平改变,而本次研究并未发现性别、吸烟、饮酒、年龄、工龄等因素对氧化损伤指标的影响。Objective To find the oxidative damage of vinyl chloride monomer( VCM) and the influencing factors of oxidative in human. Methods Two hundred and twenty-three workers exposed to VCM from Chlor alkali plant and one hundred and forty-nine workers without occupational exposure to VCM were recruited into this study. The content of the oxidative injury markers were evaluated by lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC), hydroxyproline( HYP), total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA). Results The results by univariate analysis showed that gender,age, smoking and drinking had no significant effect on the contents of LDH and T-SOD(P0. 05). Exposure to vinyl chloride had significant effect on the contents of LDH and T-SOD(P0. 001). Smoking had significant effect on the contents of HYP(P 0. 05). Gender and exposure to vinyl chloride had significant effect on the contents of MDA(P0. 05). Multivariate analysis detected that LDH and MDA were higher than those in the control group,while the content of T-SOD was lower than that of the control group. Conclusions At current VCM exposure level, VCM exposure had obvious effect on some of the oxidative damage such as LDH, TSOD and MDA. This study showed that gender, smoking,alcohol consumption, age,length of service didn't have effect on the oxidative damage.
