摘 要:目的比较分析国际采矿与金属委员会风险评估方法(ICMM)、罗马尼亚职业事故和职业病风险评估方法(MLSP)在陶瓷生产企业尘肺风险评估中的适用性,探索适合陶瓷生产企业尘肺风险评估的模型。方法随机选取27家陶瓷生产企业为研究对象,调查制粉、压机、吹尘、喷釉和打磨5个重点岗位,采集粉尘浓度数据并进行两种风险评估。结果这5个岗位总尘(呼尘)超标率分别为100(100)%、100(55.6)%、95.2(85.7)%、80(60)%、100(100)%。这些岗位的矽肺壹期风险用ICMM定量法判定为不可容忍,ICMM矩阵法判定为高风险,MLSP判定为中等风险。尘肺风险评估结果得到了现场检测结果、粉尘作业分级结果以及相关文献报道的验证。结论 ICMM风险评估方法在陶瓷生产企业尘肺风险评估上有一定的优势。Objective To explore suitable model for risk assessment of pneumoconiosis in ceramic factories through comparatively analyzing applicability of risk assessment method by International Council on Mining and Metals(ICMM) and Romania occupational accident and occupational risk assessment method(MLSP)for pneumoconiosis risk assessment in ceramic factories. Methods 27 ceramic factories were randomly selected, 5 works including milling,shaping, dust blowing,glaze spraying and polishing were focused, dust concentration data were collected, and the two risk assessment methods were conducted. Results Excessive rate of total dust(respiratory dust)of the five works was 100(100)%,100(55. 6)%,95. 2(85.7)%,80(60) % and 100(100) % respectively. Silicosis phase Ⅰ risks of the five works were intolerable judged by ICMM quantitative method, and were high judged by ICMM matrix method,while were middle judged by MLSP method. Pneumoconiosis risk assessment results were proved by on-field test results, dust operation classification results as well as the related literature reports. Conclusions ICMM risk assessment method has advantages on pneumoconiosis risk assessment in ceramic factories.
