摘 要:目的:探讨脑梗死合并假性球麻痹吞咽困难患者阶段性营养干预进程及效果。方法:选择本院神经内科收治的急性脑梗死合并假性球麻痹吞咽困难患者60例,根据入院顺序随机均分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组实施神经内科常规护理措施,观察组在对照组护理基础上实施阶段性营养干预。对比两组患者治疗4周后的营养指标及吞咽功能改善情况。结果:两组患者干预后营养指标及吞咽功能均有差异,观察组患者干预4周营养指标明显高于对照组;观察组吞咽功能改善情况明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死合并假性球麻痹吞咽困难患者实施阶段性营养干预,可显著改善患者营养状况,促进吞咽功能恢复,加快患者康复进展。Objective: To explore the progress and effect of stage of nutritional intervention in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with pseudobulbar palsy and swallowing difficulties. Methods : Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction compli-cated with pseudo-balloon palsy were randomly divided into control group and observation group (30 cases) according to the or-der of admission. The control group was treated with routine nursing measures of neurology, and the observation group carried out the stage nutrition intervention on the basis of nursing group. The nutritional indicators and the improvement of swallowing function were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment Results: The nutritional indicators of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group. The improvement of the swallowing function in the observa-tion group was significantly better than that in the control group (P 〈C 0. 05). Conclusion: Cerebral infarction with pseudo-ball palsy swallowing difficult to implement stage nutritional intervention, can significantly improve the nutritional status of pa-tients, promote the recovery of swallowing function, speed up the rehabilitation of patients.
