摘　　要：目的旨在探索建立一套科学、系统的临床新技术评价指标体系,构建临床新技术全程管理的可行路径,促进新技术的标准化管理。方法主要采用文献研究、专家咨询、现状调查、QCC、PDCA等方法。结果拟定了临床新技术评价指标,完善了临床新技术评价及临床应用管理模式,并探讨了适合医院实际运行的新技术临床应用管理流程、信息化管理方式。结论临床新技术评价及临床应用管理模式有助于对新技术临床应用关键环节的事前、事中、事后的全过程系统管理,推动新技术的研究与临床应用,以及确保新技术规范化开展和医疗质量与安全。Objective To explore and establish a scientific and systematic evaluation index system of new clinical technologies,to build a feasible way for the whole process of new clinical technologies management,and to promote standardized management of new clinical technologies. Methods We mainly used the such methods as literature review,expert consultation,investigation into the status quo,Quality Control Circle,PDCA,and some others. Results With evaluation indexes being drawn up,the evaluation system and clinical implication management mode for new clinical technologies were improved. Besides,practical management process and information management mode of new clinical technologies available in hospitals were discussed. Conclusion The evaluation system and clinical application management mode of new clinical technologies are helpful in managing systematically the whole process of the key periods,promotes research and clinical application of new technologies and also ensure the standardization of new technologies and the quality and safety of medical care.
