摘  要:通过贯彻实施JCI与三甲评审标准,从结构面完善质量管理组织体系,规范质量管理流程;从过程面强化质量管理的实施与监管;从结果面时时追踪与评估质量管理效果,不断纠偏,持续推进,实现质量管理的阶梯性循环上升。同时注意强化质量教育,普及质量管理方法与工具的运用,营造以患者为中心的医院安全文化,使得质量管理的理念内化为每位员工的行为模式,深入到每一个工作流程与环节,医疗服务质量与患者安全有了切实的保障。Through the implementation of JCI and Chinese hospital accreditation standards,the quality management organization system was bettered structurally,the quality management was implemented from the process perspective and the effect of quality management was traced and assessed from the result perspective so as to achieve continuous improvement.The education on quality was enhanced and the utility of quality management methods and tools publicized to make a hospital safety culture centered on patients. The conception on quality management was internalized in all the staff as a behavioral module. The quality of medical services and patient safety has been effectively protected.
