摘　　要：目的探讨并分享医疗信息与管理系统(HIMSS)6级评审中药学部PIVAS用药闭环管理模式的信息化建设。方法建立完整的审方系统、采用药品条码及PDA技术、实行药品智能冷藏信息链,实现PIVAS工作管理中的各环节的信息全面覆盖。结果用药闭环管理使医院药品的使用管理全程可测量,信息全覆盖、可控制。结论信息时代,应促进新型信息化技术在PIVAS领域的深度应用,以有效提高工作率、减少用药差错、提升PIVAS的药学服务整体水平。Objective To explore and share the informatization construction of medication closed-loop management model in PIVAS of department of pharmacy at the grade of Health-care Information and Management Systems 6（ HIMSS 6）.Methods We established a complete prescription-checking system,using the bar code of drugs and PDA technology,implemented a information chain of intelligent drug refrigeration and achieved the comprehensive coverage of information in all aspects of PIVAS management. Results Medication closed-loop management made the whole course of drugs＇ usage and management measurable,controllable and with comprehensive coverage of information. Conclusion In this information era,the profound application of new informatization technology in the field of PIVAS should be promoted,to effectively improve the working ratio,reduce medication errors and improve the overall level of pharmaceutical service in PIVAS.
