复方川芎胶囊对梗阻性肾病患者术后肾功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的研究复方川芎胶囊对输尿管结石梗阻性肾病患者术后肾功能恢复的影响。方法选取本院2015年1月—2016年12月期间收治的60例输尿管结石梗阻性肾病患者作为研究对象,按照术后治疗方法的不同分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),观察组予以复方川芎胶囊治疗,对照组常规抗生素及维持水电解质平衡治疗,比较治疗后患者肾功能相关指标。结果与术前比较,术后治疗第2天两组患者血清肌酐、尿素氮及尿液MCP-1、KIM-1的含量均显著降低(均P<0.05),但组间比较无统计学性差异(P>0.05);与术前比较,术后第14天、第30天两组患者血清肌酐、尿素氮及尿液MCP-1、KIM-1的含量均显著降低(均P<0.05),且术后第14天、第30在观察组患者肌酐、尿素氮及尿液MCP-1、KIM-1的水平显著低于对应时间点的对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对输尿管结石梗阻性肾病患者术后应用复方川芎胶囊治疗能够促进患者的肾功能恢复。Objective To explore the effect of compound capsule Chuanxiong on renal function recovery after operation in patients with obstructive nephropathy of ureteral calculi. Methods Sixty patients with ureteral calculi obstructive nephropathy in our hospital were divided into the control group（ n = 30） and the observation group（ n = 30） according to the different postoperative methods. The patients in the observation group were treated with Compound Capsule Chuanxiong and the control group with routine antibiotics and maintenance of water and electrolyte balance. The indicators related to renal function were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results Compared with preoperation,the levels of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,urine MCP-1 and KIM-1 in both groups were significantly lower on the 2nd day after the operation（ all P 〉0. 05）,but there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〈 0. 05）. Compared with the preoperation,the levels of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,urine MCP-1 and KIM-1 in the two group after the operation were significantly lower（ P 〈0. 05） and on the 14th and 30th day after the operation,the levels of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,urine MCP-1 and KIM-1 in the two group after the operation were significantly lower than the control group（ all P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion In the treatment of the patients with obstructive nephropathy of ureteral calculi,Compound Capsule Chuanxiong can promote the recovery of renal function.
