摘　　要：提出了一种应用于医学图像认证的基于Weber准则的脆弱盲水印技术,基于Weber准则选择图像中的像素并插入脆弱水印。由于这种水印技术只选择和改变图像中的暗像素,因此不会造成图像的明显改变。这种水印技术能够鉴定医学图像在传输过程中是否发生了改变,并且通过比较水印像素能够确定发生改变的位置。同时由于这种水印技术是脆弱水印技术,对图像的恶意改变非常敏感,因此非常适宜应用在医学图像的认证中。除此之外,本文方法还具有对图像压缩极强的容忍性,能够将认证信息嵌入水印当中,这些特点在医学图像的认证中都极其重要。最后,文中通过基于标准图像库的实验结果表明了本文方法的有效性。A blind and fragile watermarking technique based on Weber rule is proposed. Based on Weber rule selected pixels in the image and inserting fragile watermark, to identification of medical images in transmission process is changed, and by comparing the watermark pixel to determine where the change occurred, the malice of the technique of image change is very sensitive, very suitable for application in medical image authentication. In addition, the method also has the very strong tolerance to image compression, the authentication information can be embedded in the watermark, these features are very important in the medical image authentication. Experimental results show that the method is effective for the sensitive image.
