摘 要:采用简单的水热法制备可见光响应的硫元素掺杂钽酸钠光催化剂。采用XRD、SEM、HRTEM、UV-Vis和XPS等测试技术探讨实验条件(反应温度、硫掺杂浓度等)对产物的物相结构、微观形貌和催化性能的影响。XRD结果显示:所制备的样品为纯相,随着掺硫量增加晶体结构由单斜向正交结构转变。SEM结果表明:纯的和掺杂的NaTaO_3都具有相似的形貌,颗粒尺寸分布在200 nm至1μm左右,分散性良好。UV-Vis紫外可见漫反射吸收光谱表明掺硫的样品吸收波长明显向长波方向移动,且具有较强的紫外、可见吸收能力。XPS结果表明:在晶格中S^(2-)取代部分O^(2-)。光催化实验结果表明:硫掺杂量20at%样品具有最佳的光催化活性,在可见光照180 min罗丹明B(Rh B)降解率达93%。Visible light sensitive photocatalysts S-doped NaTaO_3 were fabricated by a simple hydrothermal method. The effects of experimental parameters such as reaction temperature and the amount of S doping on the phase composition,micro-morphology as well as catalytic property were studied by XRD,SEM,HRTEM,UV-Vis,XPS technique and so on. XRD result showed that the phase structure transition from monocline phase to cubic one with increasing sulfur amount. SEM result indicated that the average crystallite size about 200 nm-1 μm both pure and S-doped NataO_3,and having good dispersion. UV-Vis results indicated that S doped NaTaO_3 greatly narrows its band gap thus extends its photo response from UV to visible light region. The degradation of Rh B solution indicated that the sample doped 20 at% of sulfer exhibited the best photocatalytic activity,the degradation rate reached a maximum value about 93% for 180 min under visible light irradiation.
