摘  要:选用混合组分为酸性黑MR:酸性蓝5R:分散黑EXSF=70:15:15,对引入分散黑的酸性染料体系进行分析,通过采用分光光度法检测各组分的最大吸收波长、计算吸光度系数及浓度误差,对浓度误差可控性进行了探索。同时用Excel表建立了几只弱酸性染料的"吸光度-浓度"基础数据库,用Excel的矩阵、逆矩阵功能,计算了混合染液中各组分染料的浓度。结果表明,混合染料溶液中有分散染料时,求解误差较大,若直接忽略分散组分浓度所得酸性染料组分结果误差约5%;使用Excel表格及利用其矩阵、逆矩阵命令,可以使得分光光度法分析酸性染料残液组分浓度求解更方便。In this paper the mixed dyes system acid black MR: acid blue 5R: disperse black EXSF=70: 15:15 was analyzed for the component of acid dye system with disperse black,the maximum absorption wavelength of each component was tested, and the absorbance coefficient and the concentration error were calculated by spectrophotom-etry to explore the control performance of concentration error. At the same time, the “absorbance- concentration” basic database of several weak acid dyes was established with Excel table, the concentration of dyes in the mixed solution was calculated by Excel matrix and inverse matrix function. The results show that when disperse dyes in mixed dye solution, the solution error is greater, if the concentration of dispersed components is directly ignored, the error of acid dye composition are only about 5%. The use of Excel form and its matrix, inverse matrix com-mand, can make spectrophotometric analysis of mixed acid dyes system residue component concentration analysis more convenient, and has a certain reference value for production.
