摘　　要：目的探讨脊柱嗜酸性肉芽肿伴运动神经麻痹患者的手术方式及疗效。方法对17例病理诊断为脊柱嗜酸性肉芽肿的患者行病灶切除及减压融合手术,并对患者资料进行研究。结果 17例患者手术均顺利完成。术后4周的Frankel评级,较术前均有一个等级及以上的改善,神经功能改善明显(P<0.05)。术后随访期间,未发现复发及脊柱后凸畸形等并发症。结论对伴有运动神经麻痹的脊柱嗜酸性肉芽肿患者,病灶切除及减压融合手术,疗效确切,远期并发症发生率低。Objective To analyze the surgical methods and response for the patients with spinal eosinophilic granuloma with motor paralysis.Methods Totally 17 patients with spine eosinophilic granuloma were treated by resection and decompression fusion operation.They were diagnosed of eosinophilic granuloma by pathology.Results 17 patients' surgery were successfully completed.Results of analyzing patients' data showed that the Frankel score by 4 weeks after surgery was improved by one or more grade in all patients.No recurrence of disease or kyphosis occurred during the follow-up period.Conclusion The resection and decompression fusion operation is effective and the incidence of complications is low for patients with spine eosinophilic granuloma with motor paralysis.
