Objective To explore the NISS,APACHE - Ⅱ score for patients with severe multiple trauma with abdominal injurycomplications and prognosis judgement clinical value. Methods The 66 cases of severe abdominal injury suffered from severe abdominalinjuries were studied in this hospital from January 2016 to December 2016,all patients were given NISS,APACHE - Ⅱ scoring systemfor evaluation. Depending on the outcome of the treatment, the survival group and the death group, and comparing the differences in thescoring system and the related indicators. Results The NISS,APACHE - Ⅱ rating of survival group were significantly lower than that ofthe death group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0 05) . The NISS score accurately predicted the incidence of complications in patients with severe abdominal injuries, the APACHE - Ⅱ score can more accurately predict the prognosis of patients with suchsituation, there are significant differences ( P 〈 0 05) . Conclusion The NISS score was of high value for complications in patients withsevere abdominal injury, and the APACHE - Ⅱ score has higher prognostic value, clinical practice should be combined with the practicalsituation to improve the prognosis.
