摘 要:依据Maxwell应力方程推导了永磁同步电机径向电磁力的解析表达式,分析归纳了电机内各阶次、各频率径向电磁力的来源。以一台45槽10极永磁同步推进电机为例,分别建立了电机电磁有限元模型和结构有限元模型,并进行了模态分析;将电磁有限元模型中得到的径向电磁力耦合到结构有限元模型中,对电机进行了电磁振动谐响应分析;最后将样机实测加速度频谱与有限元仿真结果进行对比,验证了径向电磁力解析式及电磁振动有限元仿真结果的正确性。The analytical expressions of permanent magnet synchronous motor radial electromagnetic force are derived according to the Maxwell stress equation, and the sources of radial electromagnetic force of each order and frequency are analyzed and concluded. Taking a 45-slot 10-pole permanent magnet synchronous propulsion motor (PMSPM) as an example, the electromagnetic finite element model and structure finite element model of the motor are established respectively. Then the modal analysis is carried out on the motor. The radial electromagnetic force obtained from the electromagnetic finite element model is coupled to the structural finite element model, so that the harmonic response analysis is performed on the electromagnetic vibration of the motor. Finally, the acceleration spectrum of the prototype is compared with the corresponding finite element simulation result, which have verified the correctness of the radial electromagnetic force analytic expressions and finite element simulation results.
