“一带一路”背景下中国与英国产业内贸易研究——基于2007—2016年数据的分析

摘　　要：中国于2013年提出"一带一路",该倡议符合沿线国家发展要求,得到了普遍的赞誉和支持。英国是西方大国中第一个宣布加入亚投行创始成员国行列,以实际行动支持中国发起的"一带一路"倡议的国家。以中国和英国之间的产业内贸易作为研究对象,联系SITC三分位商品贸易有关的数据,并结合GL指数、MIIT指数测度2007—2016年中国和英国产业内贸易的发展。结果表明:中英之间的产业内贸易在两个国家的贸易中占有着比较重要的位置,其中制成品十分突出,尤其是SITC5类产品的产业内贸易水平比较高,然而SITC0~4类产品之间的产业内贸易水平相比之下却比较低,STIC8类制成品的产业内贸易水平要比SITC5~7以及SITC9类产品低。最后,就如何进一步扩大中英产业内贸易给出相关建议。China proposed the "One Belt and One Road " initiative in 2013,which is in line with the national development requirements of the countries along the One Belt and One Road. The initiative has been widely praised and supported. Britain was the first western country announcing to join the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank as the founding member,and it takes practical action to support the "One Belt and One Road"initiative proposed by China. Based on the trade data of three digits of SITC,the GL index and MIIT index are used to measure the process and level intra-industry trade development between China and Britain in 2007—2016. The results are as follows: the progrees of intra-industry trade between China and Britain occupies important position in the trade,the manufactured goods are prominent among the trade,especially intra-industry trade of SITC5-capital or technology intensive products is very significant;but the intra-industry trade level of SITC0 ~ SITC4-primary products is relatively low,and the intra-industry trade level of SITC8 is lower than that of SITC5 ~ SITC7 and SITC9. Finally,relevant suggestions are given about howto improve the level of intra-industry trade between China and Britain.
