摘 要:目的探讨信息化教育在宫颈癌术后尿潴留患者居家健康管理中的应用。方法选取2015年8月—2016年8月解放军总医院妇产科收治的60例宫颈癌术后尿潴留需居家留置尿管患者,随机分为信息化教育组和常规随访组,每组30例。对信息化教育组患者进行居家尿管护理、膀胱功能锻炼教育、心理疏导以及实时微信咨询、随访,分别就患者门诊增加复诊情况、尿管脱出情况、生活满意度等指标进行比较。结果信息化教育组患者门诊复诊率、尿管脱出率低,且留置导尿期间生活满意度明显高于常规随访组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用信息化教育管理宫颈癌术后尿潴留患者,可以帮助患者提高居家自我护理能力,降低尿管脱出率,改善治疗期间的生活质量,提高生活满意度。Objective To investigate whether informationalized publicity and education( IPE) has a good effect on the home care of postoperative cervical cancer patients with urine retention. Methods Sixty postoperative cervical cancer patients who had urine retention and needed catheterization were randomly and equally divided into 2 groups: IPE group and the control group( CTL group). We educated IPE group about home care of catheter,bladder function exercise,and offered them psychological guidance and information consultation,while CTL group was only offered with routine follow-up. Two groups were compared over following aspects: the increase of return visits,urinary catheter prolapses and life satisfaction. Results IPE group has a lower rate of return visits and urinary catheter prolapses,and a higher life satisfaction comparing with CTL group( P0. 05),which has significant statistical difference. Conclusion IPE can help postoperative cervical cancer patients with urine retention to improve home self-care ability and life quality,decrease the rate of urinary catheter prolapse,and increase life satisfaction.
