摘　　要：采用反应烧结法成功制备了透过率可以达到10%以上、平均晶粒尺寸约为8μm的Ce:YAG透明陶瓷,通过XRD、SEM等手段分析了此种透明陶瓷的基本性能.后将加工好的Ce:YAG透明陶瓷片制备成白光LED,并测试了相应的性能.The Ce： YAG transparent ceramics which transmittance is more than 10% and grain size is about 8μm were successfully prepared by reaction sintering method. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze its basic performances. The Ce： YAG transparent ceramics were fixed in WLEDs element and the electroluminescence characterization of the WLEDs was also reached.
