日伪时期北京“华侨协会”之探讨

摘　　要：论文考察分析了抗日战争时期经日伪授意下在北京组建的"华侨协会"筹备与建立的过程、组织机构与人事演变、主要职能与具体活动,以及"华侨协会"出版物《侨声》月刊与"华侨协会"涉侨宣传的内容。论文认为在日本占领的华北地区成立的北京"华侨协会",是依附在日本殖民统治和伪政权羽翼下的侨务团体,其大力拥护汪精卫的"和平运动",鼓吹亲日卖国政策,攻击重庆国民政府及英美盟国,分化海外侨胞,吸引海外侨胞投资华北,美化伪政权及日本殖民统治。"华侨协会"组织活动达数年之久,对中国国内及海外华侨社会产生了一定影响,同时也因其反动本质在历史上留下了耻辱的一页。This paper examines and analyzes "the Overseas Chinese Association", which was established under the suggestion of Japanese puppet regime in Beijing during the period of Chinese People' s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. It further investigates the establishment, organization, personnel, functions, activities of this association, as well as the publicity content of "the Overseas Chinese Association" and its magazine Voice of Overseas Chinese. "The overseas Chinese Association" in North China under the occupation of Japan, was an overseas Chinese Affairs Group under the wing of the Japanese colonial rule and puppet regime. It strongly supported Wang Jingwei' s Peaceful Movement, promoted pro-Japan betrayal policies, attacked Chongqing National Government, segmented overseas Chinese, attracted overseas investment in North China, and glorified the puppet government and Japanese colonial governance. The activities of this association lasted several years and had exerted influence on Chinese and overseas Chinese communities. At the same time, the association left a page of shame in history because of its reactionary nature.
