摘　　要：目的 探讨鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的手术疗法。方法 对25例单侧鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤患者进行鼻内窥镜和柯—陆氏双进路手术,除去病变。结果 术后随访时间1.5年,复发3例,复发率12.0％。结论 该方法融合了鼻内窥镜及柯—陆氏手术的长处,可彻底清除鼻腔、筛窦及上颌窦的肿瘤,降低了该病的复发率。Objective To explore a better surgical procedure for treatment of inverting pa-pilloma in nasal cavity and sinus. Methods 25 cases with inverting papilloma in one side of nasal cavity were operated on with this dual approach procedure. During the operation, the tumor was removed through a dual approach towards the focus combined endoscopic way into nasal cavity with Caldwell-Luc way into maxillary sinus. Results Among these cases operated on in this way, 22 were cured with a curative rate of 88. 0%, and only 3 cases were reoccured (12. 0%). Conclusions The advantages of endoscopic surgery and Caldwell-Luc operation were integrated together into the dual approach procedure reported in this paper. With this procedure, tumors in nasal cavity, ethmoid sinus and maxillary sinus can be removed thoroughly with a reduced reoc-curring rate for this kind of lesion
