中英高校大学生实习制度的比较与启示

摘　　要：实习教育是高校培养学生创新能力和实践能力的重要环节。英国政府、高校和企业都高度重视大学生实习工作,从2009年开始推行的"国家实习计划",具有薪资不受国家最低工资标准限制、得到政府和知名校企的大力支持、影响力大、效果显著等特点。比较中英大学生实习制度特点,分析两者在实习制度目标、实习时间、高校角色、实习评定考核体系等方面的差异可知,我国大学生实习制度存在着目标不够具体、时间较短、高校角色被动、考评方式片面等不足,应有针对性地制定明确的实习教育目标;合理安排教学计划,延长实习时间;增强校企及校政合作意识;建立科学合理的实习考核体系。Internship education is an essential part of colleges and universities in cultivating students' creativity and practical ability. Great importance is attached to it by the British government, enterprises and higher educational institutes. In 2009, the UK government carried out an efficient and influential program called the National Internship Program, which was free from the Fair Minimum Wage Act and has been greatly supported by both the government and well-known colleges and enterprises. Comparing the Chinese and British internship systems in higher education, this essay analyzes their differences in terms of objectives, time span, the role of the colleges and universities as well as the assessment system. It points out that the system in our country has many shortcomings, such as unspecific purposes, short time span, passive role of colleges and universities, and imperfect assessment systems. Lastly this paper puts forward some pieces of advice for improvement, including setting a clear purpose, formulating a reasonable teaching plan to extend the internship time, enhancing cooperation among the government, enterprises and the higher educational institutes, and constructing a scientific and reasonable internship assessment system.
