摘 要:为弥补踩踏事故预防及救援过程中现场信息不全、穿越人群困难与信息沟通不畅等缺点,设计了一种基于六旋翼无人机的新型踩踏事故预防及救援系统。详细阐述了该系统的功能要求和整体设计,以及六旋翼无人机、图传/视频监控、RFID(射频识别)和调频广播等主要子系统的设计及实现。最后利用研制的踩踏事故预防及救援系统开展了功能实验验证,实验结果表明,该系统可实现对聚集区域的高效自主巡逻、事故现场的实时高清监控、空中广播、警员实时调配及快速现场救援,满足踩踏事故预防及救援系统的功能要求。A stampede prevention and rescue system based on six-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle( UAV) is designed to compensate for the shortcomings of trampling accident prevention and rescue,such as incomplete information in the rescue process,difficulty in crossing the crowd,and poor information communication.The functional requirements and overall design of the stampede prevention and rescue system of the six-rotor UAV,the design and workflow of the six-rotor UAV subsystem,the video surveillance subsystem,the RFID subsystem and the FM broadcasting subsystem are presented in detail.Finally,the experiments are conducted,and the results show that the system can meet the functional requirements of the stampede prevention and rescue system,which can realize high-efficient self-patrolling of the gathering area,real-time HD monitoring of the accident scene,air broadcasting,police deployment and rapid on-site real-time rescue.
