摘 要:以盐城市为例,综合考虑经济效益、生态效益和社会效益,采用多目标规划方法,通过构建土地利用结构多目标优化体系,设置土地利用结构利用优化约束条件和目标函数,提出土地利用结构多目标优化方案和决策选择,对盐城市土地利用结构进行优化研究.结果表明:运用灰色多目标方程,利用WIN-QSB中的GOAL Programming模块进行优化,共得到6个方案,方案3是土地利用结构熵与综合利用效益分析优化选择方法下最合理的优化方案,方案1是序参量指标体系灰关联分析优化选择方法下最合理的优化方案.利用序参量指标体系进行灰色关联分析,对方案1和方案3进行对比分析得出,方案1是6种方案中的最优方案.Taking Yancheng as an example, considering the economic benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits, a multi-objective pro-gramming method was adopted to construct a multi-objective optimization system of land use structure, and the optimal constraint conditions and objective function of land use structure were set up to propose the land use structure multi-objective optimization plan and decision-mak-ing, and optimize the land use structure in Yancheng. The results showed that using the gray multi-objective equation and the GOAL Program-ming module in WIN-QSB, 6 programs were obtained. Program 3 was the most reasonable optimization solution under the optimal selection of land use structure entropy and comprehensive utilization benefit analysis. Program 1 was the most reasonable optimization solution under the optimal selection of gray relational analysis index system. By using gray relational analysis of index parameter index system, the contrastive a-nalysis of program 1 and program 3 showed that program 1 was the optimal scheme among the 6 programs.
