互联网金融创新的知识产权保护:现状、障碍与对策

摘　　要：互联网金融创新是金融创新的重要领域,利用知识产权机制激励互联网金融创新,对互联网金融发展具有重要意义。目前互联网金融企业创新能力不足,知识产权保护和运用能力欠缺,现有单一的知识产权保护模式对互联网金融创新的保护具有明显的局限性。为促进互联网金融创新,需要从政府和企业两个层面采取相关措施促进互联网金融企业的知识产权保护意识,提高创新能力。同时,以多元的知识产权机制保护互联网金融创新成果,实现全方位的综合保护。Internet finance innovation is an important field of Finance Innovation,it is importantto improve Finance Innovation by intellectual property rights protection.At present,enterprisesof Internet Finance lack the ability of innovation,and the ability of intellectual property rightsprotection and application,and the current single model is obviously insufficient.Therefore,it requiresgovernment and ente rprises take measures to build and raise the awareness.In order to achieve overallprotection and improve innovation ability,the paper suggests to apply the comprehensive intellectualproperty rights,and to protect the results with multiple mechan ism.
