浅析交通类共享经济引发的治安问题及治理

摘　　要：随着共享经济写入政府工作报告,共享单车走进公众生活,共享经济重新引起社会的广泛关注。交通类共享经济作为共享经济发展最成熟、最典型的模式,在给人们带来方便的同时也引发了诸多治安问题,包括扰乱社会秩序等治安违法犯罪问题和押金与信息安全等治安隐患。面对新生的社会治安问题,传统治安管理的模式已经不能有效发挥作用,社会治安逐渐由治安管理转向治安治理。在治安治理思想的指导下,促进共享经济继续健康发展的同时,妥善解决共享经济引发的治安问题,主要有完善规范体系建设、健全平台管理模式和鼓励支持社会参与等路径。with the sharing economy written into the government work report and the sharing bicycles coming into the public life, sharing economy is becoming a social concern. The traffic sharing economy in the development of sharing economy is the most mature, typical model. It makes people convenient at the same time and also causes many public security problems, including disturbing social order and other security risks such as deposit and information security. In the face of the new social security problems, the traditional mode of public security management has not been able to play an effective role. The social security gradually transferred from the security management to security governance. Under the guidance of the thought of security governance, we will promote the sustainable development of sharing economy and properly solve the security problems caused by the sharing economy. The main ways are to improve the system of standardizing the system, perfect the platform of the management mode and encourage the support of social participation.
