摘　　要：[目的]探讨慢性腰背痛病人生命质量影响因素。[方法]采用目的抽样方法选取196例社区慢性腰背痛病人,应用一般情况问卷、长海痛尺、简明健康状况量表(SF-36)、自我效能量表、恐惧-回避信念问卷、简易应对方式问卷以及综合医院焦虑抑郁量表进行调查,采用多元线性回归分析病人生命质量的影响因素。[结果]慢性腰背痛病人生命质量水平亟待提高,病人的疼痛强度、年龄、自我效能、恐惧-回避信念、工作种类和抑郁情绪6个变量能够预测腰背痛病人的生理总分(R2=32.2%),焦虑情绪、自我效能、疼痛强度和恐惧-回避信念4个变量能够预测腰背痛病人的心理总分(R2=33.2%)。[结论]年龄、工作种类、疼痛强度、自我效能、恐惧-回避信念、焦虑和抑郁是影响慢性腰背痛病人生命质量的重要因素。Objective:To explore the influencing factors of quality of life in patients with chronic low back pain.Methods:Objective sampling method was used to select 196 patients with chronic low back pain in community and general questionnaire,Changhai pain scale,36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36),self efficacy scale,Fear-Avoidance Beliefs Questionnaire,Simplfied Coping Style Questionnaire and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale were used to investigate.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyse the factors affecting the quality of life of patients.Results:The quality of life level in patients with chronic low back pain needed to be improved,the 6 variables of the patient's pain intensity,age,self-efficacy,fear-avoidance beliefs,type of work and depression could predict the physical scores of patients with low back pain(R2=32.2%)and the 4 variables of anxiety,self-efficacy,pain intensity and fear-avoidance beliefs were able to predict the psychological scores of patients with back pain(R2=33.2%).Conclusions:Age,type of work,pain intensity,self-efficacy,fear avoidance beliefs,anxiety and depression were important factors affecting the quality of life in patients with chronic low back pain.
