摘　　要：在分析高校多媒体服务现状、授课教师和学生情况、设备生产商和服务提供商情况、学校其他职能部门使用情况的基础上,提出在加强沟通(包括加强设备使用者与设备管理者沟通、设备生产厂商与设备管理者沟通、学校同行间沟通、学校各个部门之间及部门内沟通)、科学化管理等方面进行改革与创新。In the analysis of the status of multimedia services, teachers and students, manufacturers and service providers, the use of other departments in universities, put forward the reform and innovtion of strengthening communication （including strengthening equipment users and equipment management communication, equipment manufacturers and equipment management communication, the communication between schools and universities, between the various departments of the universities communication between departments）, scientific management.
