摘  要:宽馏分燃料由于其优异的理化特性,可改善压燃式发动机的燃烧和排放特性。但由于其着火性较差,易出现燃烧效率低、冷起动困难等问题。为改善汽柴油混合宽馏分燃料的着火性,同时提高燃料的含氧量以进一步降低颗粒物排放,将高十六烷值、高含氧量的聚甲醛二甲醚(PODE)与传统柴油和汽油进行掺混,配制成含氧宽馏分燃料(GDP燃料),并在轻型车用四缸柴油机上对其进行试验研究。结果表明,用GDP燃料可使燃烧效率明显提高,有效热效率比原机高1%~4%,同时降低中小负荷NOx和碳烟的排放,使总颗粒物的质量和数量排放大幅度下降。Wide distillation fuel(WDF) can improve the combustion and emission characteristics of compression-ignition engines due to its better physical and chemical properties than diesel,but because of its poor ignitability,leading to the problems of low combustion efficiency and cold start difficulty.To improve the ignitability and increase the oxygen content of WDF for further reducing particle emission,a WDF containing oxygen is formulated by blending Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers(PODE),which has high cetane number and oxygen content,with gasoline and diesel fuel to form a three-component fuel,abbreviated as GDP,which is then tested on a four-cylinder diesel engine for light vehicles.The results show that fueling GDP fuel can apparently enhance combustion efficiency,with an effective thermal efficiency increases by 1~4 percentage points while the emissions of NOxand soot lower at medium and low loads,resulting in significant fall of total particle mass and number emissions.
