摘 要:组织的内外部边界为组织创造相对稳定的内部环境的同时降低了组织柔性,使得组织缺乏创造力。因此,组织需要通过无边界化变革来跨越组织边界,提升组织自身的环境适应性。在过去研究的基础上,本文界定了无边界化变革的概念,认为无边界化变革是组织为促进边界的动态跨越,在有边界的组织实体上实现无边界发展,而对组织内部结构和管理模式进行的变革。本文进一步针对成长阶段的服务业组织、成熟阶段的服务业组织、成长阶段的制造业组织以及成熟阶段的制造业组织四类情境提出职能部门的高效配合、业务模块的整合创新、权力在内部边界的纵向分享以及多组织联盟协同合作四种相应的无边界化变革策略。Both the external and the internal boundaries of an organization,though helping to create a relatively stable internal environment at a sacrifice of its flexibility,make an organization lack of creativity with a slow response to environmental changes.That is why organizations need to extend their organizational boundaries through boundless changes,to ultimately improve their environmental adaptability.Based on previous research,this study defines the concept of a boundless change as the internal structure and management pattern change,through which an organization can promote dynamic boundary extending to realize boundless development on the bounded organization entity.This study further puts forward the strategies for boundless change to deal with four specific situations:functional department coordination strategy for service industry organization at growth stage,integration and innovation strategy for service industry organization at mature stage,power sharing strategy for manufacturing industry organization at growth stage,and synergy collaboration strategy for manufacturing industry organization at mature stage.
