血清同型半胱氨酸水平在社区中老年高血压患者中的检测价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸水平(Hcy)在社区中老年高血压患者中的检测价值。方法选取2015年6月至2016年6月551例社区中老年高血压患者,依据高血压分级及各项诊断标准将其划分为3个亚组,作为本次研究对象,另选取同期健康体检者226例为对照组,运用酶循环速率法对各组Hcy水平予以测定,且行组内性别及组间对比分析;运用ROC曲线评价各指标,就Hcy对高血压的诊断价值进行分析。结果高血压各亚组血Hcy水平与对照组比较,均高于后者(P<0.05)。伴随高血压级别的增高,Hcy呈现出上升趋向,可能与疾病的病理损害程度有关。高血压各亚组内性别间Hcy水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),即男性高于女性。当Hcy>10.0μmol/L时,血Hcy对各级别高血压检测价值均较高。结论针对高血压病患者,实施Hcy检测,有助于疾病预防,并对其诊断具有重要临床价值。Objective To investigate the value of serum homocysteine（ Hcy） in the elderly patients with hypertension in the community. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016,551 elderly patients with hypertension in community outpatient were selected. According to the classification and diagnostic criteria of hypertension,they were divided into three sub groups as the research objects,the other 226 cases of healthy people were selected as control group. The level of Hcy was measured by enzymatic cycling rate method,and the gender and group contrast were made. ROC curve was used to evaluate each evaluation index,diagnostic value of Hcy of hypertension were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,the levels of serum Hcy in all subgroups of hypertension were higher than those of the latter（ P〈0. 05）. With the increase of the level of hypertension,Hcy showed an upward trend,which may be related to the degree of pathological damage. There were significant differences in Hcy levels among the different subgroups of hypertension（ P〈0. 05）. When Hcy 10. 0 μmol/L,blood Hcy value of all levels of hypertension detection were higher. Conclusions For patients with hypertension,the implementation of Hcy detection is helpful to prevent and diagnose the disease,and it has important clinical value.
