摘　　要：目的比较Deluxe-PS型与PFC Sigma RP型假体在膝关节置换中的应用效果。方法选取102例膝关节炎患者,按入院顺序分为A、B两组,每组51例。两组患者均通过膝关节置换术进行治疗,A组选用Deluxe-PS型假体,B组选用PFC Sigma RP型假体,评价两组术中出血量、手术时间、KSS评分、膝关节活动度、HSS评分、假体屈曲角度以及外翻角。结果 B组术中出血量、手术时间均多于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组KSS评分、膝关节活动度、HSS评分、假体屈曲角度及外翻角均少于A组,比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在膝关节置换中,Deluxe-PS型假体同PFC Sigma RP型假体的应用效果相当,可很好实现假体同骨截面高精度的结合,提高假体同截骨覆盖面融合的适合性,但Deluxe-PS型假体的手术时间短且术中出血量少,值得推广。Objective To compare the effects of type Deluxe-PS and PFC RP Sigma prosthesis on total knee arthroplasty. Methods One hundred and two patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were selected. According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into group A and group B,with 51 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were treated by knee arthroplasty,and patient in the group A were given Deluxe-PS prosthesis,and the patients in the group B were given PFC Sigma RP prosthesis. The intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,KSS score,knee joint,HSS score,prosthesis flexion angle and valgus angle of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results In group B,the intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time were higher than those in group A,the differences were significant（ P〈0. 05）. The KSS score,knee joint,HSS score,prosthesis flexion angle and valgus angle in group B were less than those in group A,but the differences were not significant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions In total knee arthroplasty,the Deluxe-PS prosthesis is equivalent to the PFC Sigma RP prosthesis,which can realize the high-precision combination of the prosthesis and the bone section and improve the suitability of the fusion of the prosthesis and the osteotomy surface,but the operation time of Deluxe-PS prosthesis is short and the intraoperative blood loss is less,and it is worthy to promote.
