滨州市2015-2016年0～3岁婴幼儿呼吸道感染病毒谱系特征

摘　　要：目的检测滨州市0-3岁婴幼儿呼吸道感染病毒谱系，为临床诊疗提供参考依据。方法收集滨州市0-3岁婴幼患儿102例，以咽拭子对呼吸道分泌物进行采样，提取样本中病毒核酸，反转录合成cDNA，使用Seeplex？ RV15 ACE Detection kit扩增15种呼吸道病毒的目的基因，以琼脂糖凝胶电泳法检测特异性产物条带，判定感染病毒。并以检出病毒与检出季节和临床特征进行比较。结果102例呼吸道感染患儿从咽拭子中检出病毒阳性93例（91.2%），其中副流感病毒2型（PIV2型）、鼻病毒（HRV）和甲型流感病毒（FluA）检出率分别为29.4%、29.4%和27.5%；其他病毒检出率：副流感病毒3型（PIV3）19.6%，副流感病毒1型（PIV1）11.8%，呼吸道合胞病毒（RSVA/B）11.8%，肠道病毒（HEV）10.8%，人腺病毒（ADV）6.9%，人博卡病毒（HBoV）4.9%，乙型流感病毒（FluB）3.9%，冠状病毒229E/NL63 3.9%，副流感病毒4型（PIV4）2.9%，冠状病毒OC43/HKU1 1.9%，人偏肺病毒（HMPV）未检出。检出双重感染20例，三重感染15例，四重感染6例，五重感染1例，占检出病毒阳性的45.2%（42/93）。结论PIV2型、HRV和FluA是滨州市0-3岁婴幼儿呼吸道感染的前三位病毒病原体，多重病毒感染常见。发热、咳嗽和流涕等临床症状与检出主要病毒种类具有相关性。Objective To depict the viral spectrum of respiratory tract infection in the 0-3 year aged infants in Binzhou, so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Clinical samples were collected from 0-3 year aged infants. A total of 102 throat swab samples were taken; viral nucleic acid was extracted to generate cDNA by reverse transcription, simultaneously, the target gene of 15 respiratory viruses were reproduced by Seeplex？ RV15 ACE Detection kits, the virus was identified by agar gel lectrophoresis detecting specific products stripe. Seasons and detected virus were compared with the clinial symptom.Results Among 102 cases of throat swab samples from children with infectious respiratory, there were 93 cases of virus positive sample （91.2%）, of which PIV2, hRV and FluA accounted for 29.4%, 29.4%, 27.5%, respectively. Other detected viruses include PIV3（19.6%）, PIV1 and RSVA/B （each 11.8%）, HEV （10.8%）, ADV（6.9%）, HBoV（4.9%）, FluB and 229E/NL63 （each 3.9%）, PIV4 （2.9%）, OC43/HKU1 （1.9%） evept HMPV（0.0%）. There were twenty cases of double infection, induding 15 cases of triple infection, 6 case of quadruple infection, 1 case of quintuple infection. Double infection accounted 45.2%（42/93） of the virus-positive.Conclusions The first three common infected viruses for this described group were PIV2, hRV, and FluA. Clinical symptoms of fever, cough or sniff were associated with those mainly detected viruses. Multiple infections were common.
