血清中白细胞介素-10和中性粒细胞CD64细胞水平与肾病综合征患者激素治疗效果及肾脏结局的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血清中IL-10和中性粒细胞CD64含量与原发性肾病综合患者激素治疗效果及并发症的关系。方法选择2015年9月-2016年9月60例原发性肾病综合征的患者为研究对象,均采用激素治疗,检测患者血清中IL-10和CD64细胞含量水平与肾病综合征治疗效果及临床并发症的关系。结果 IL-10和中性粒细胞CD64高水平组和低水平组患者血清中血肌酐、白蛋白、尿白蛋白以及病理类型比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);激素抵抗的患者IL-10、CD64表达高于激素敏感和激素依赖,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归模型分析提示,IL-10(P<0.05)、中性粒细胞CD64(P<0.05)、病理类型(P<0.05)是患者发生慢性肾功能不全的独立危险因素。结论血清中IL-10和中性粒细胞CD64水平与肾病综合征患者激素治疗效果及肾病综合征激素治疗效果密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship of serum levels of IL-10 and neutrophil CD64 cells in patients with nephrotic syndrome with the effect of primary hormone therapy and complications. Methods 65 cases of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome during September 2015-September 2016 were selected as the research objects for hormonal therapy,and the relationship of serum levels of IL-10 and neutrophil CD64 cells in patients with nephrotic syndrome with the effect of primary hormone therapy and complications was detected. Results There was no statistical significance on the differences of serum creatinine,blood protein,urine protein and pathological type between high level groups and low level groups of serum IL-10 and CD64（ P〉0. 05）; the serum IL-10 and CD64 levels in patients with hormone resistance were significantly higher than that in patients with steroid sensitive and steroid dependent,and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Logistic regression model analysis showed that IL-10（ P〈 0. 05）,neutrophil CD64（ P〈 0. 05）,pathological type（ P〈 0. 05） were independent risk factors of chronic renal dysfunction for patients. Conclusion The serum levels of IL-10 and neutrophil CD64 are closely related to the therapeutic effect of hormone therapy and nephrotic syndrome in patients with nephrotic syndrome.
